  I gotta agree with the above review with regards to them holding on to the security deposits. We haven't lived there in quite some time so I don't know if things have changed. Not only did we provide sufficient notice before we left, the year we renewed our lease, we paid extra money in order to have the ability to even provide notice that we would be terminating our lease early. We were house shopping and figured on terminating the lease early that year, so we paid the fee in order to do so. After moving out, I tried reaching out to the management company multiple times after several weeks of not having the deposit returned and never heard back from anyone. It wasn't until I faxed over a letter quoting the rental laws with regards to returning deposits and threatening legal action, that I finally got a call back and they returned the deposit. As for the construction, completely agree. We were not staying long so I didn't make a huge deal about most of the things. But the balcony was a disaster waiting to happen. By the time we left, green vegetation began growing through the cracks in the tiles in the shower. And we kept it clean in there for fear of what was in the walls knowing what the outside looked like. They did replace our washer/dryer unit in the apartment after it stopped working with new one, but only after I videotaped it not working because they swore they fixed it the first time around. It is situated in a very nice area. But again, I think they do just enough to keep the building standing. Not sure it is worth the price these days.
